Our Style

What is it about us that makes it special?

The bespoke clothing process involves a meticulous, handcrafted approach to creating garments tailored to an individual’s exact measurements, preferences, and style. Below is an outline of the typical steps involved:

Initial Consultation

  • The process begins with a detailed discussion between the client and the tailor to understand the client’s needs, preferences, and intended use of the garment. Fabric, lining,

  • Full body measurements are taken, often along with photographs for reference.

Pattern Creation

  • A unique paper pattern is created based on the client’s measurements and posture. This pattern serves as the blueprint for the garment and is stored for future orders.

  • The pattern is chalked onto the selected fabric, leaving extra material (inlay) at seams to allow for future adjustments.

Cutting and Trimming

  • The fabric is cut by hand following the chalked pattern. Material trimmings such as canvassing, linings, and interlinings are also prepared at this stage

Baste Construction

  • The garment is loosely assembled using visible basting stitches, creating a “basted suit” or skeleton version. This stage allows for flexibility in adjustments during fittings.

Design and Details

  • After all fittings, finishing touches such as buttonholes, linings, lapel facings, and pockets are completed by hand.
High-quality materials like silk or natural fibers are used for details to ensure durability and elegance

Final Fitting

  • The completed garment is reviewed for any last-minute tweaks. Clients receive advice on care and maintenance to ensure longevity

Garment Delivery

  • The finished bespoke garment is delivered to the client. Patterns are stored for streamlined future orders.

  • Due to its labor-intensive nature, this process can take several weeks or months, but it results in a uniquely tailored piece that fits perfectly and reflects personal style
